Our experiential work brings learning alive by engaging with our audiences face to face. We have an in-house team, augmented by a pool of over 50 freelance professional specialists. We bring knowledge of education and our clients’ objectives together with stage management and performance skills to deliver powerful learning outcomes. We write, develop and deliver face-to-face engagements in education, the community and the workplace, including:
- Workshops in schools to cover topics as diverse as emotional health & wellbeing or careers & employability
- Drama or “theatre-in-education” workshops to support the teaching of topics from gas safety to food hygiene
- Employee engagement programmes to benefit businesses and their employees
- Regional or national events to launch a programme, celebrate or wrap-up an initiative, or reward schools for winning a competition
We develop fun, fully interactive and immersive training to engage employees and provide advice, ideas and practical guidance to prepare them to support the young people under their supervision.
We run volunteer training with a number of clients, who tell us it is an invaluable aspect of their outreach programmes; ensuring consistency of delivery, a strong brand message and confident volunteers who are much more likely to stay loyal to the programme.
In our experience volunteers respond most enthusiastically and feel most confident when training takes place face-to-face with clear activities and instructions and the opportunity to practice the skills they will later need.
EdComs have a wealth of experience in engaging with employees.
